Terms and conditions for placing an ad
Individual Club members and nonmembers may post For Sale ads without charge in this section of the BOCI website, subject to the following conditions:
- All advertisers must agree to comply with the BOCI Website Terms of Service.
- Only Bigfoot Industries RV products, Bigfoot-compatible components, accessories and services, or BOCI-themed accessories may be advertised.
- All advertisers must provide verifiable contact information as part of placing a classified ad.
- By placing a want ad or by contacting a seller about a Bigfoot product through the website, prospective non-member buyers consent to contact by BOCI regarding membership. However, a prospective buyer may opt to contact the seller directly, thus bypassing this contact.
- The Classified Ads Manager screens all submitted ads for compliance with the above conditions before approval for posting. The manager’s decision to approve or disapprove is final.
- BOCI Business members are also entitled to place classified ads subject to the applicable conditions described above.
- For Sale ads must be removed by the seller within ten days after an item sells. Regardless, all classified ads expire 90 days after posting and will be automatically deleted with no further notification.
