BOCI held their Midwest Mini-Rally in Shipshewanna, IN, May 19-23, 2013. The weather was hot, in the 90's and it rained at night.
Four units attended the rally, one from Virginia, Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana.
We visited the RV Hall of Fame which showcases RV's of the past.
The RV Hall of Fame (Elkhart, IN) is worth visiting when you are in Northern Indiana.
We attended the flea market and auction which is held each week during the spring, summer and fall in Shipshewanna, IN.
The shopping was great--especially if you are a quilter!
Of course we had a couple of meals at some of the Amish restaurants.
The best part of the rally was meeting new members and getting together with members we have known from other rallies. We shared many stories of camping, a delicious potluck supper (which had way to much food) and campfires.
Once again, this Mini-Rally proves that BOCi members will travel in order to have a great time.
