This is a preliminary post as my Bigfoot truck camper is still in winter storage.
That said, I thought I'd post some of the camper details here to see if anyone might be interested.
Since I now live in New England, I usually wait until April before I take it out of winter storage, weather permitting.
CAMPER DETAILS:
2007 F350, Lariat, crew cab, DRW, 4x4, 6.0 diesel (no def), 24,000 miles, with aluminum utility body custom made for the Bigfoot Series 3000 camper.
The 6.0 diesel engine was Level 3 bulletproofed at Bulletproof Diesel in Mesa, AZ, solely to correct the Ford factory engine design flaws to ensure reliability, truck runs excellent.
Bigfoot Series 3000 w/slide, 2008, true 4 season camper, loaded with every option, including propane generator and rooftop A/C.
Camper also has two solar panels, 4-100Ah AGM batteries and Xantrex Freedom inverter/charger.
This was a California rig from 2007 to 2022, so zero rust, truck is now in New England since we've retired, rig goes into winter storage, heated with trickle charger from Nov to April. Entire rig is in excellent condition.
There are a lot more custom extras and details, but want to keep this short, glad to share additional details if any interest.
I'm really torn about selling the rig, but wife needs both knees replaced.
This is an awesome set-up for extended travel.
Asking $99,000.....cost to replicate easily $225K.
